I am the founder and president of the Emory Composers’ Society — Emory University’s only student organization dedicated to promoting the creation of contemporary music. We host workshops, lectures, and concerts empowering student composers and those who are “composition-curious” to engage in the creative process through composing, revising, and performing new music.

Flagship programs include our “Chamber Connections” concert series, a yearly chamber music concert exploring chamber music written by those in Emory’s community, and a guest speaker and discussion series engaging current events in classical music — with guests including Dr. Dwight Andrews, Joel Thompson, and Dr. Adam Mirza.
